For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used intimate products. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it immediately at no additional cost.

What do I do if my product arrives defective?

Contact us immediately through our contact form or email. We'll ask for photos of the product and proceed with the immediate exchange. Your satisfaction is our priority.

How long do I have to report a problem?

You have 7 days from receipt of your order to report any issues with your product. After this period, we will not be able to process exchanges.
